New job, new benefits

I filled out an application today; only had $1.07 on my credit card with an empty tank of gas.  And that is one of the main reason I decided to sell bud.  I AM BROKE.  Not only will this circumstance end, there will be a different way of making money.  Is selling bud or making moonshine illegal?
